User terms
These terms explain the rules that apply when users access, register for, and use Privora services.
Contracting entity. The party providing the service and entering into this agreement with you is 四川天府新区成都片区华阳来瑞数智软件开发工作室（个体工商户） (Unified Social Credit Code: 92510100MAET850T3E), based in Sichuan, China.
1. Services
Privora provides online products and services related to investing research, information organization, data analysis, signal monitoring, and AI-assisted decision support.
2. User obligations
- Users may not use the service in violation of law or regulation.
- Users may not bypass permissions, disrupt system security, or misuse another person’s data.
- Users must safeguard credentials and remain responsible for account activity.
3. Disclaimer and risk notice
Market risk exists and investing requires caution. Information organization, data analysis, and intelligent assistance on the platform are for reference only and do not constitute any promise of returns or personalized investment advice.
4. Changes and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the platform may change, suspend, or terminate parts of the service for operational, security, or compliance reasons with reasonable notice.
